SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order in Florida, USA. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be crafted, quality checked, and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $4.95 Free Shipping: On all orders over $25
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping speed. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping prices. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided in your email or through the Shop app. International tracking may have limited updates once the package leaves the United States.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders. In some cases, we may use UPS or FedEx depending on your location and package size.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wematchy.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. For international orders, please allow extra time as packages may be held in customs.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@wematchy.co and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days due to high demand. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. For international orders during holidays, please order at least 3 weeks in advance.
